• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop computers, laptops, and other peripheral devices.

  • Manage and maintain IT-related hardware for ongoing projects to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers, network switches, and LAN infrastructure.

  • Handle basic configuration and maintenance of MikroTik Router Board devices.

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality.

  • Install, configure, and provide support for corporate software applications.

  • Provide hardware support with an intermediate understanding of computer components and maintenance.

  • Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues at project locations.

  • Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper handling of hardware assets.

  • Provide preventive maintenance support to minimize system downtime.

  • Collaborate with the Head Office and work closely with supervisors to efficiently complete assigned IT tasks.

  • Follow IT guidelines, policies, and instructions provided by the Head Office and ensure the timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.
