• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.

  • Onboard new employees and ensure proper orientation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits.

  • Develop and implement HR policies & procedures in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee relations.

  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Manage administrative tasks related to the HR department.

  • Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     

  • Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and its implications.

  • Ability to draft and revise HR policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong command over Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
