Onboard new employees and ensure proper orientation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Process payroll and manage employee benefits.

Develop and implement HR policies & procedures in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law.

Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee relations.

Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

Manage administrative tasks related to the HR department.

Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.

Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and its implications.

Ability to draft and revise HR policies and procedures.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong command over Microsoft Excel.

Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
