Executive/Sr. Executive – Marketing & Merchandising (Knit Garments)

Responsible for communicating with Customers/Buyers regular basis for processing orders independently from development till shipment and update every day accordingly.

Follow up the procurement/planning/production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.

Cost calculation and price negotiation with Customers/Buyers. Follow up with Customers/Buyers for the feedback of the price, all kind of approvals, samples and capacity/space booking.

Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of Customers/Buyers requirement.

Regularly follow up with procurement team to arrange and ensure on time in-house of all kinds of yarns, fabrics and accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.

Develop wide outsourcing & vendor network for product development and designed profit oriented merchandise marketing strategies.

Make T&A (Time & Action) plan & ensuring cross check with IE & planning department to maintain OTS. Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards and team performance.

Monitoring operation breakdowns and the SMV`s of the garments, verifying with the module plans and maintaining relevant history records to facilitate style changes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely shipment with 100% quality as per requirement of customer and ensure shipment move on time.

Coordinating with the internal management team in all relevant operational areas and advising/guiding the management team on all merchandising related issues to ensure the timely and effective resolving.
