Routine/Regular Job:

  • Coordinate and supervise around 20 Regional HR Executives across the country.

  • Ensure effective onboarding planning as required.

  • Maintain and manage employee personal files (both physical and digital) with proper documentations.

  • Oversee sales personnel attendance and leave management for timely and accurate salary processing.

  • Manage and monitor sales personnel TADA processing.

  • Ensure departmental clearance of separated employees. And complete final settlement as per labor law align with company policy.

  • Process Employee Confirmation (reviewing documentations and approval)

  • Resolve discrepancies with regional HR and Sales Admin teams.

  • Maintain and update HRIS database

  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, payroll, turnover, manpower, cost analysis etc.)

  • Support audits by maintaining proper documentation

  • Coordinate to development and implementation of HR policies and workflow improvement

Periodical Job:

  • Ensure payroll budgets, including manpower costs.

  • Yearly employee appraisal.

  • Analyze exit data and attrition trends, Identify root causes of turnover. And Provide retention-focused recommendations.
