Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze local and global fashion trends

  • Design and develop seasonal and festive collections

  • Prepare sketches, tech packs, and design specifications

  • Select fabrics, trims, and accessories

  • Coordinate with production, sample, and pattern teams

  • Ensure quality standards and timely sample development

  • Maintain design documentation and records

  • Participate in fashion campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities

  • Develop special collections for events or seasonal demand

  • Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

  • Support branding and marketing initiatives

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management
