• Ensure region wise primary service and revenue target.

  • Expand geographical coverage and acquisition of new Dealer/retailer.

  • Manage daily route as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).

  • Manage own Dealers service and spare parts representative successfully.

  • Ensure targeted product lifting from warehouse and placement to retailers.

  • Formulate service KPI and monitor team performance as per the given KPI.

  • Lead a team of TSM and ensure proper coaching for succession plan in line with business target.

  • Lead the team through ensuring executions of trade marketing activities with key channel partners to build an edge over competitors.

  • Drive product knowledge awareness in line with concern department.

  • Manage and ensure regional service development resources scope optimization plan.

  • Formulate and manage regional service budget and escalate accordingly to territory level.

  • Monitor and ensure financials of Dealers ROI regularly.
